Hi! I'm Carlota.

For the past 4 years, I've been making a living as a TM. After these lasts years working at different agencies in Paris, I decided to fly solo, offering my services directly to top talents, and I couldn't be happier!

Before diving into this exciting world, I was part of the Creative & Product Development team at the Walt Disney Company and Brand Manager at HELLO! Magazine in Spain, but the Talent management adventure has turned out to be my true passion.

Before living in Paris, I had the chance to develop my professional career and get inspired in cities such as Madrid, London and Amsterdam.

When I'm not managing talents, I enjoy fitness, fashion, arts, and spending time with dogs!
